Vous avez la possibilit\u00e9 d&rsquo;indiquer un pourcentage ou d&rsquo;utiliser une fraction, par exemple 100\/1000.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il existe deux types de cl\u00e9s de r\u00e9partition : <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>les cl\u00e9s de charges g\u00e9n\u00e9rales, qui s&rsquo;appliquent aux d\u00e9penses r\u00e9parties entre tous les locataires ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>les cl\u00e9s pour charges particuli\u00e8res, cr\u00e9\u00e9es lorsque le bailleur g\u00e8re des parties sp\u00e9cifiques avec une r\u00e9partition des tanti\u00e8mes diff\u00e9rente des tanti\u00e8mes g\u00e9n\u00e9raux.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lors de l&rsquo;ajout d&rsquo;un bien, dans l&rsquo;onglet \u00ab\u00a0Biens\u00a0\u00bb, vous pouvez choisir les tanti\u00e8mes g\u00e9n\u00e9raux pour les charges g\u00e9n\u00e9rales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans l&rsquo;onglet \u00ab\u00a0Cl\u00e9s de r\u00e9partition\u00a0\u00bb, vous avez la possibilit\u00e9 d&rsquo;ajouter plusieurs r\u00e8gles de r\u00e9partition en fonction du type de charges particuli\u00e8res (ascenseur, m\u00e9nage, eau, etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n<h3>Ajouter une charge r\u00e9cup\u00e9rable<\/h3>\n<p>Lors de la cr\u00e9ation d&rsquo;une charge r\u00e9cup\u00e9rable, vous pouvez renseigner les informations suivantes :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Montant r\u00e9cup\u00e9rable aupr\u00e8s du locataire,<\/li>\n<li>P\u00e9riode,<\/li>\n<li>Cl\u00e9 de r\u00e9partition (si des cl\u00e9s particuli\u00e8res ont \u00e9t\u00e9 configur\u00e9es).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La cl\u00e9 de r\u00e9partition s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9e sera utilis\u00e9e pour calculer le montant proratis\u00e9 lors de la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rentila.com\/support\/archives\/60\">r\u00e9gularisation de charges<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:post-content --><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Configurer les cl\u00e9s de r\u00e9partition Vous pouvez ajouter plusieurs biens associ\u00e9s \u00e0 un immeuble et pr\u00e9ciser les tanti\u00e8mes pour la r\u00e9partition des charges.
